*This is a HALF-day class. You can choose to attend the 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM OR the 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM session.* This course is designed to give the office staff an introduction to the maintenance department. Participants will learn the basic duties of the maintenance staff and will be introduced to common service principles.
