Peter Cline brings nearly 20 years of experience in progressively senior leadership roles, overseeing maintenance programs in the housing and construction industry.

Throughout his tenure, he has mentored and trained technicians and supervisors across a variety of specialty skills including: major appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

With safety as a chief priority, Peter ensured his teams were coordinated and understood key objectives.

Peter has overseen construction projects with 55 properties and nearly 30,000 apartments.
