According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), there is a growing demand for skilled maintenance technicians with projected employment growth significantly faster than the average of all occupations, indicating a substantial need for qualified individuals in this field. It has also been shown that the highest concentration of employment in Maintenance and Repair Workers is in the Real Estate industry, specifically within property management, with over 300,000 employed, and a significant amount set to retire over the next 5-10 years.
In response, the Real Estate Learning Network (RELN) has developed multiple training programs to help equip individuals with the specialized skills and knowledge required to excel as maintenance technicians. These classes and certificate programs ensure that participants are well prepared to meet the evolving needs of property management companies and designed to support their success in their careers.
